Yoga

Yoga classes always take place in the morning, before breakfast. We teach Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga, with some Iyengar influence. Since it will be early and some of you might do Yoga for the first time, don`t worry: the classes are for everyone. The evening sessions will be focusing on stretches and some of the days we’ll do Yin Yoga followed by meditation. Yoga improves your flexibility and physical condition and that’s how it is mostly perceived in the Western world. At 4elements we want to show you that Yoga can be so much more.
